The Maha Kumbh Mela, which began on January 13, is set to run until February 26. The event has already drawn millions of devotees from around the globe, and it is expected to break records in terms of attendance and participation.

Several prominent figures, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, CM Yogi Adityanath, and his Cabinet, as well as renowned personalities such as producer Vinod Bhanushali and Coldplay’s lead singer Chris Martin with actress Dakota Johnson, have taken the holy dip at the Sangam.

On the occasion of Basant Panchami, a massive crowd of devotees took a sacred dip at Triveni Sangam, marking the peaceful conclusion of the third ‘Amrit Snan’ of the Maha Kumbh Mela. Tight security measures were implemented to ensure the safety and orderliness of the event.

The Uttar Pradesh government honored saints and seers by showering them with flower petals as they gathered at the Triveni Sangam for the Amrit Snan on Basant Panchami. According to officials, over 12.5 million devotees participated in the third and final Shahi Snan of the Maha Kumbh by noon on Monday.

To manage the overwhelming number of attendees, extensive security measures were put in place, including 36 designated parking zones, ensuring that devotees could easily reach the bathing ghats with minimal walking distances.
